The W housing is a one-piece grey cast-iron universal casting with motor-mounting faces and keyway slots machined on six planes. The output side is a standard solid dual-end shaft with foot pads machined on two perpendicular faces. Internally: 20CrMnTi hardened worm shaft, ZCuSn10Pb1 bronze wheel, tapered roller bearings, double-lipped NBR seals. Every internal part is interchangeable with the DA, DS, KA, and all other WP single-stage models of the same frame size.<\/p>\n
