The gearbox is made of cast iron/ductile iron with a surface hardness of gears of HRC58°~62 °. The gear core has a hardness of HRC33~40, while the input/output shaft material is 42CrMo alloy steel. The gearbox’s efficiency ranges from 94% to 96% depending on the transmission stage, and its noise is between 60~68dB. It has a maximum temperature rise (oil) of 50°C, vibration of ≤20µm, and backlash of ≤20Arcmin. The gearbox’s bearings are China top brand bearing, HRB/LYC/ZWZ/C&U, or other brands requested, while the oil seal is NAK – ZheJiang or other brands requested.
